We hired Blackline for an extensive remodel on our home, including conversion of existing garage to laundry room and bedroom and the construction of a new garage. We could not be more pleased with the outcome. The price and schedule were confirmed prior to commencement of the project. There were no surprises. The construction remained on schedule and the price was consistent with the estimate. The quality of the work from the sub-contractors was excellent. There were very few issues with the process of our remodel.

Having used Blackline on two projects in 10 years I’m as expert as one can be! Bathroom some years ago and whole house w/bump out this time. We would meet at my house on a weekly basis to review what we completed the previous week and what was on the to-do list for the upcoming week.
