• This one-story home needed a major renovation, not only to fill the extremely large lot it sits on, but to create the home of the clients’ dreams.

    The new home was a complete remodel. We kept only a small portion of the original front façade and foundation. The home was expanded from a 1,900 square foot 3/3 one-story, to a 3,700 square foot 3/3-1/2 two-story; with an additional playroom, study, large living room, large kitchen with butler’s pantry, covered front and rear porch, and attached garage.

  • This space was originally part of the kitchen. Due to the new addition the space wasn’t needed directly for the kitchen but the homeowners felt that a bar would be the best choice to create the best entertaining space for their home.

    New arched cased openings define the space between the dining room and the kitchen creating the butler’s pantry/wet bar area. Decorative cabinet glass and marble herringbone mosaic backsplash tile are a few of the unique accents that make the space stand out.

  • The dining room space was the one part of the home that was modified the least. The homeowners just wanted an updated look and feel for the existing space.

    Double entry doors were removed and replaced with a large cased opening. A new larger window was installed to allow more natural light in. New wood flooring and beautiful wallpaper is enhanced by new custom trim.

  • The homeowners purchased their home several years prior with the thought that this would be their forever home. They loved the location but knew the house wouldn’t fit their needs for long. One of the rooms in the home renovation was the upstairs bathroom that children would be using on a daily basis. We incorporated a clean modern feel to this spacious bathroom with a great flow to avoid traffic build ups as the children grow.

  • As part of the large remodel and additions the homeowners wanted to create a great guest space for friends and family when they visited.

    The new spacious bedroom was built as part of the 2nd floor addition and also included it’s own private bathroom and closet.

  • The original laundry area in the home was a closet with only space for the washer and dryer.

    The large new laundry room has plenty of storage, space for a side by side washer and dryer and also a laundry sink. The new laundry also includes a drip dry area featuring a handheld shower for easy dog baths.

  • The homeowner on this project had purchased the home for a great deal and was looking to take advantage of an oversized lot to create the perfect home for their family. This project included both a 1st floor and 2nd floor addition as well as a complete interior home remodel. Part of their goal was to open up the floor plan to make the space suitable for entertaining.

    Part of the 1st floor addition included expanding the kitchen and living area. Keeping with the architectural style of the home, large arched cased openings were used to keep both areas separate but still allow for visual continuity. To make the living room feel more grand and spacious decorative ceiling beams were installed and help frame both the new fireplace and on the opposite side, the French doors leading to the new back patio. The 48” Fireplace with herringbone pattern fire brick and custom stone mantle and surround anchors the space.

  • The homeowners purchased their home several years prior with the thought that this would be their forever home. When working on their new master bathroom, we extended the home to create space desired for a true luxurious getaway with separate toilet room, freestanding bathtub, walk-in shower, and dual vanity with makeup seat.

  • As part of the extensive remodel the homeowners wanted to add an attached 2 car garage and include a mudroom space for storage.

    Entering the home from the garage you access the new mudroom featuring full height storage cabinets with lockers for coat/hat storage and large lower drawers to store their dog’s things.

  • This space was also part of the original home as the formal living room. Desiring only one living space the homeowners realized an office would be more useful for their family.

    We closed off the office space from the new stairwell and other living space. The new office is located in the main entry of the home, so we added new barn style doors for privacy and as an aesthetic touch. Full-height built-in bookshelves offer plenty of storage. Decorative lighting and fun furniture selections complete the look.

  • This room was part of the 2nd floor addition. The homeowners felt it was very important for their son to have a space of his own in the house and wanted to incorporate a playroom for him in the design.

    As part of the new addition, once you get to the top of the stairs it opens up into this large play area with custom built-in storage for books, toys, and games. From this room you have access to the new guest suite and the son’s bedroom. We installed a soundproofing pad beneath the hardwood flooring to minimize the noise transfer to the downstairs.

They were looking to update and expand their home. Their goals were to expand the kitchen and create an open floor plan for entertaining, create a large master suite with walk-in closet and spacious bathroom, and add a guest bedroom and bathroom.

    This bathroom was completed as a part of a much larger project that included a 1st and 2nd floor addition as well as a complete home remodel. This image is a photo of the new powder bathroom. We took space from the original master bedroom/living area to build a new powder bath for guests.
